Refund policy

Refund Eligibility

We accept refund requests for products purchased from CartaSpark within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Certain products are non-refundable, including personalized/customized items and opened cosmetic bags.

How to Initiate a Refund

  1. Contact our customer service team via email at [email protected] with your order details
  2. Include photos of the product if requesting a refund due to damage or defects
  3. Wait for our return authorization and instructions
  4. Ship the item back to our warehouse (return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility)

Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Please note that shipping times for returns vary by location and carrier.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We currently only process refunds rather than direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days after approval:

  • Check with your bank or credit card company (processing times vary)
  • Contact your payment provider
  • If issues persist, email [email protected] with your order details

Special Considerations

For large organizer sets or multi-piece products, we may issue partial refunds if only certain components are returned.

Refunded amounts may be adjusted for any discounts applied to your original order.
